Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 32jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and deposited funds returned to the original payment method. 32jili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 32jili may result in account suspension pending verification.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 32jili platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 32jili reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Notify 32jili support immediately if any of your registered details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 32jili will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 32jili of unauthorized access.
32jili is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
32jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where technically available.
32jili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine payment regulations.

Any unauthorized use of 32jili intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 32jili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
32jili shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform; (d) losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials; or (e) losses resulting from events beyond 32jili's reasonable control, including network outages, payment system failures, or regulatory actions.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 32jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
